GreenHornet: Since I'm a newbie to the online dueling world, I'll make the first move. Is that okay for you?

GreenHornet: I draw. I set 1 card face-down. I set a monster face-down. I attack your face-down mystery monster with Felgrand Dragon. GOLDEN FIRE BLAST!

AlmostUnbeatable: poison mummy is flipped and destroyed but his effect causes you to lose 500 life points

GreenHornet: I activate Forced Requisition. I end It's 7500/8000

AlmostUnbeatable: i draw i'm going to look at the cards i'm up against on the wikia

GreenHornet: Okay. I'm actually using my own decks for the Duel Terminal with a play mat to keep track of the duel.

AlmostUnbeatable: gosh my laptop is being slow

GreenHornet: Slow laptop? What OS (Operating System) do you use?

GreenHornet: Same here. Suprised when I got Felgrand Dragon out 1st turn?

AlmostUnbeatable: a little.

GreenHornet: Why?

AlmostUnbeatable: well, i don't have that much luck usuallly.

GreenHornet: Well, Felgrand Dragon, Kaiser Sea Horse and Double Summon were in my opening hand, so I had all the components I needed for a 1st turn Felgrand Dragon summoning. Still your turn, by the way.

AlmostUnbeatable: i know, i set a face down monster and end

GreenHornet: My turn, I draw. I flip Morphing Jar. Activate effect of Morphing Jar, all cards in both players hands are sent to the Graveyard and bothe players draw 5 cards. Effect of Elephant Statue of Disaster activates. Since it was sent to the Graveyard by a card effect, you lose 2000 Life Points. Forced Requisition activates, forcing you to discard 2 cards from your hand. Set 3 Spell/Trap cards. Activate Shallow Grave. Bring Back Mirage Dragon. Sacrifice Mirage Dragon and Morphing Jar to Summon Tyrant Dragon in Attack Mode. You get a monster from Shallow Grave as well. Activate 2nd Shallow Grave Set 1 Spell/Trap Card

AlmostUnbeatable: does it have to be under level 4?

GreenHornet: Any Monster. Attack face-down #1 with Felgrand Dragon. Attack Face-Down #2 with Tyrant Dragon. Flip Morphing Jar.

AlmostUnbeatable: first i only have one face down and 2 i choose the creator.

GreenHornet: Well I'll attack The Creator with Tyrant Dragon. Set 1 Spell/Trap Card. End Turn. 7500/6000 Sorry, it's 7500/5400 now.

AlmostUnbeatable: i draw i play smashing ground, i discard one card too destroy all face up monsters you control. sorry that was wrong it destroys the monster you control with the highest defence.

GreenHornet: There goes Felgrand Dragon (for now).

AlmostUnbeatable: then i play twister, for 500 life points i can destroy one of your face downs.

GreenHornet: Which one?

AlmostUnbeatable: i choose the 3rd one.

GreenHornet: Dark Core is destroyed.

AlmostUnbeatable: i set one face down and end

GreenHornet: My turn, I draw. Activate Shallow Grave to bring back my Felgrand Dragon.

AlmostUnbeatable: can i play a card in deffence mod from shallow grave?

GreenHornet: Felgrand Dragon's effect actiavtes. I pick a monster and my dragon picks up attack points equal to the level of the monster x 200. Yes, you can play a monster in defense mode with Shallow Grave. I choose my Level 4 Mirage Dragon, which means my Felgrand Dragon gains 800 attack points. Next I summon Snipe Hunter. I set 2 face-down cards.

AlmostUnbeatable: well i've chosen my creator again with 3000 deffence

GreenHornet: Felgrand Dragon, use your 3600 attack points to wipe out The Creator! Do you chain?

AlmostUnbeatable: i activate mirage tube, i can activate this when you attack one of my face up monsters, you tack 1000 damage. but you still destroy the creator

GreenHornet: 6500/5400 Do you have any other monsters?

AlmostUnbeatable: no

GreenHornet: Snipe Hunter and Tyrant Dragon, Attack Directly! 6500/1000 I end my turn.

AlmostUnbeatable: my turn, i draw. i activate lightning vortex, i discard one card to destroy all your face up monsters

GreenHornet: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AlmostUnbeatable: my chat cut off. that's annoying. hello?

AlmostUnbeatable: well lightning vortex destroyed all your face up monsters.

GreenHornet: My draw. I'll waste Smashing Ground in order to play Pot of Greed. I summon Decoy Dragon in Attack Mode. I set 1 card face-down. Decoy Dragon, Attack Directly! 6500/700 I end my turn.

AlmostUnbeatable: my turn, i draw. i (sadly) end.

GreenHornet: My turn, I draw. Decoy Dragon, Attack Directly! 6500/400 I end.

AlmostUnbeatable: i draw. i play soul exchange. i can tribute one of your monsters to summon one of mine. i tribute your decoy dragon to set my face down monster.

GreenHornet: End your turn?

GreenHornet: I draw. I summon Flame Ruler in Attack Mode. Flame Ruler, attack that mystery monster!

3) for shallow grave "i choose the creator." - "This card cannot be Special Summoned from the Graveyard." so cannot revive with shallow grave

The Creator was in Attack Mode at the time of my attack with Tyrant Dragon and we were playing with Traditional Format Rules. In Traditional Format, Pot of Greed is not Forbidden, therefore, my move was legal.

The Creator was summoned by the effect of The Shallow Grave so it was in face down def mode.

Also, for Pot of Greed you still didn't explain why you "waste smashing ground"-Resk (talk • contribs) 17:31, November 2, 2010 (UTC)
