I currently build an E.Hero(Jaden's anime) deck, which i throw both common E.Hero and Neos is it good to put them together?

-The Light - Hex Sealed Fusion (I will change it to King of the Swapm when i have it)

-Mirage Dragon ( I hate to deal with my opponents Traps ^^v)

I know there's a lot good cards missing, but in area i live, it's really hard to find specifics card :(

But Please give me advice for what i have to do for improve this deck :)
