u can play special hurricane on the monster returned by interdimensional matter transporter but go to the ruling of future visions the ruling in that is (for effects like future.v.and i.m.transporter wten the removed from play monster is returned to the field the monster is not treated as being special summoned ? i wt to no if i can gt kuraz effect b 4 future visions effect go and when the monster is returned do i gt kuraz effect HP ME--Suvshogun 06:18, February 16, 2010 (UTC)

Read the ruling again. it says:

"If a monster is Special Summoned, then removed from the field with "Interdimensional Matter Transporter", and returns to the field, "Special Hurricane" WILL destroy it if activated after it returns to the field. "
