In all honesty, I would suggest focusing on the Egyptian Gods in separate decks (unless using Monarch support) because they each have their own needs. For example, with Ra you want to increase your Life Points to ridiculous levels, and with Slifer, you want to draw like there's no tomorrow. I'll post my Ra and Slifer decks to give you an idea.

The main strategy of this deck is obvious. Gain a lot of LP quickly with multiple copies of "Aroma Jar", "Poison of the Old Man", and "Nimble Momonga". "Aroma Jar", "Marshmallon", "Spirit Reaper", and even "Nimble Momonga" help stall until you can summon "Ra" to one-shot your opponent. "Deep Diver" helps with searching "Ra" since there is not enough room to support using "The True Name" efficiently. And with all the ways you'll gain a lot of Life Points, I included "Ancient Leaf" for some draw power since triple "Aroma Jar" or "Poison of the Old Man" can make the cost nothing.

The main strategy of this is to use "Chainsaw Insect", "Destiny HERO - Defender", "Book of Eclipse" (which also works well as a card to defense your monsters in Battle or against card effects that only affect face-up cards), "Dark Bribe", and "The Gift of Greed" while you control one or more "Appropriate" drawing a LOT of cards to bring Slifer up to unfair levels of ATK when you summon him. Of course there's always the risk of decking out (I almost did once because of having 3x "Appropriate" and 2x "Destiny HERO - Defender" on the field once) so be careful once you get this strategy going.
