Forum:Help me with something!!! Hopeless Dragon related

Please answer these question's in order or you will not be able to see my point.

Ok...

1) Is the end phase still considered to be part of your turn?

If yes, go to question 2. If no, then you already answered my question HAHA.

2) If answer to question 1 is yes, then say I used Red eyes wyvern's effect to summon Red eyes Darkness Metal Dragon. Would I be able to use Red Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon's Effect to summon other dragons after summoning it using red eyes wyvern's effect because the end phase is still technically my turn?

Red Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon's Effect reads: "You can remove from play 1 Dragon-Type Monster you control to Special Summon this card. Once per turn, you can Special Summon 1 Dragon-Type monster except "Red Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon" from your hand or your graveyard."

Please help me with this and BTW I have no idea where this article is going so if you can PM me the answer as well that would be great!!!!
