well hi everybody... I am confused with icarus attack and other cards like this
I would like to know if icarus attack can target cards like normal spell cards.

for example If I have just 1 monster in my field and then I active solar recharge.. I wanna know if my opponent can use icarus atack and select my monster and solar

recharge?
