Can I use "Inferno Reckless Summon" in conjunction with "Shrink" and a "Blue-Eyes White Dragon"? For example I activate "Monster Reborn" and Special Summon the dragon. Can i chain "Shrink" and I.R.S. so I can Special Summon 2 BEWDs from my Deck?
