HI, want some help with Lightsworn cards and other non-related cards.Please? Lyla, Lightsworn Sorceress, Garoth, Lightsworn Warrior.
Does Outstanding Dog Marron return to the deck(when sent there by Lyla) before Garoth activates his effect, or does Garoth continues before ODM effect works?
When Peten the Dark Clown is sent to the graveyard by Lyla (not any specific Lightsworn, just an example) does he get to activate his effect before Garoth does?
When a Lightsworn monster sends cards to the graveyard and sends Sword of Deep-Seated, does it return to the deck before more Lightsworn monsters effects activate?
Do Jenis, Lightsworn Mender, Realm of Light and Light Spiral gain from the effect of Garoth when he chains to other Lightsworn?

- 1) Both effects activate, and the two form a chain. Since you control both effects, you can choose which activates first and which is second.
- 2) Both effects activate. "Garoth"'s effect will be Link 1, and "Peten"'s effect will be Link 2 (if you choose to activate it).
- 3) Each "Lightsworn" monster's effect uses a different chain. You resolve one "Lightsworn", take care of things, and then resolve another "Lightsworn". So you resolve the "Lightsworn" effect and send "Sword of the Deep-Seated" to the Graveyard, then return "Sword of the Deep-Seated" to your deck, then resolve another "Lightsworn" card.

the first three will be missing the timing...
because those cards have a "you can" on it's text meaning those cards can only resolve when no other effects will be followed to it...
example: substitoad tributes poison draw frog to activate it's effect or you tribute summon peten the dark clown...
- No, all three would activate. For #1 and #3, the effects are mandatory, so you cannot miss the timing. For #2, the last thing to occur is "Peten the Dark Clown" being sent to the Graveyard for the effect.
