I do not get why this card is limited, even at three I think it wouldn't be consistent enough, although I guess I must be missing something as it won a championship according to Magical Explosion FTK. Maybe if I have faced it at some moment my opinion would be different..
By analizing what it says in how it works:
For the first part, I don't think it's exactly that easy to dump 20 cards in a short time, as if it were the case Exodia decks would be topping a lot.
For the second part you are introducing monsters for Synchro summoning, a 3 tribute monster, well if the deck is supposed to be based on dumping spell cards to the graveyard this would add inconsistency, apart form that 2 of the spell cards it mentions are banned.
For the third part I think this would be the most consistent... But there would be 3 morphing Jar #2 in a 40 card deck, apart from that if you hit the magical explosion FTK... Well, you can get it back easily if you have things to get them in hand, but if you don't... you may have to wait a good amount of turns until you can get it back, if you still have life points at that point.
So, is there are a reason to have this card limited or am I missing something?
