Forum:Magician + Elemental Hero + Synchros Deck, Rate and Fix

My "H.E.R.O Magicians" Deck is my strongest Deck, although maybe you think it is not so strong so you can beat it so easily. It is centered on Elemental Heroes, altough I also put in Dark Paladin and Junk Warrior. I want you to rate and fix my Deck. But please, don't ask me to throw away non-related Elemental Heroes. It would be better if your recommendation is based on "Spells + Traps = Monsters". If it's not, it's O.K.
Some cards that are good for my Deck but I don't put them in because it makes my Deck full of Spell cards:
Reinforcement of the Army x 2
Polymerization.
