Hey guys. So one of Marshmallon's effects is "the controller of the card that attacks this face-down card takes 1000 damage after damage calculation." What does the card mean by 1000 damage? Life points, or what? Thanks :D
yes, the 1000 damage would be life point damage. for example, player A has Marshmallon in face down defense position and player B has a face up attack position Blue-Eyes White Dragon. player B attacks the face down monster, and before damage calculation player B takes 1000 life point damage. then during damage calculation it is determined that since Marshmallon was in defense mode, player A takes no damage. Since Marshmallon cannot be destroyed by battle, both monsters stay on the field. I hope that this helps clarify the issue for you.
