Hi, this is HHTurtle back with another deck that needs some help. This is a new creation at its experimental stages. I decided to combine the Dragunities with Mist Valley archtypes and came up with this...

I call it Mist Dragunity. It combines the equipping of monsters, swarming, instant synchro and the synergy between Dragons and Winged Beasts of the Dragunity archtype with the Mist Valley monsters' knack for bouncing stuff.

They are many abusable combos from from such a unity. One such combo is Normal Summoning Dragunity Dux, select Dragunity Phalanx and equip it. Special summon Dux and synchro summon for Dragunity Knight - Gadearg. Activate its effect and search for Mist Valley Baby Roc and then discard it to special summon Baby Roc to the field. Synchro Summon again for Stardust Dragon. Otherwise, you can search for Mist Valley Falcon and then discard it with the effect of Gadaerg. Then, activate Call of the Haunted and special summon Falcon. Return CotH to attack with Falcon. Set CotH to reuse it again. It doesn't stop there.

The mechanics of the Mist Valley archtype is really unique. Falcon and Mist Valley Thunder Lord bounce your own cards. This allows for cards like CotH, Swords of Revealing Light and Limit Reverse to be reused. It also abuses cards like Royal Oppression. I can activate it during the opponent's turn negating their ss. Later, bounce them so it can't be used against me. Effectively turning it in and off, much like a switch.

Extra details are as follows. Gale can be searched easily and allows for the occasional Blackwing Synchro Monsters. Dandylion can be used with Debris Dragon and the tokens allow for more synchro options. If Limit Reverse special summons Sangan, I can switch it into Defense or bounce the trap card to destroy it and search for a monster. [[Brain Control] and Mind Control allows me to snatch my opponent's monsters.

One major problem is that I have difficulty in optimizing the summon of Mist Valley Thunder Lord. Its Summoning Condition is very strict. It is Level 7 and needs "1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner "Mist Valley" monsters" as Synchro Material. Of course, other types of criticism and opinions are greatly appreciated.

One more thing, if you think that the name of this deck is lame and needs fixing, then please suggest an interesting and cooler name for it.-- HHTurtle  (Talk) 18:28, June 15, 2010 (UTC)

Just so you know, if you bounce Call of the Haunted with Mist Valley Falcon, you can say goodbye to Falcon - CotH will destroy it. Beyond that, I don't see that there's really enough synergy to justify putting the two archetypes together. Runer5h 19:18, June 15, 2010 (UTC)Runer5h

Wait a minute. Sorry, I've made a mistake. I meant special summon Falcon with CotH. Use Falcon and Gale/Darkspear to Synchro Summon Thunder Lord and then bounce CotH with the effect of Thunder Lord. That's just one of the ways to bring out Thunder Lord. You don't see enough Synergy??? Well, your opinions are much appreciated. I still need more help with this.-- HHTurtle  (Talk) 05:53, June 16, 2010 (UTC)

Anyone else care to help me with this deck, please?-- HHTurtle  (Talk) 07:16, June 19, 2010 (UTC)

I see too many "staples". Morphing Jar and Sangan can probably leave, along with both Gold Sarcophagus. Sarcophagus is just too slow nowadays.--Akiza Izayoi 07:51, June 19, 2010 (UTC)

Ok, Morphing Jar can go. The deck abuses Sangan, but I can consider. Gold Sarcophagus is the only way to search for cards like CotH, Royal Oppression, Future Fusion ,Giant Trunade, Swords of Revealing Light, etc...-- HHTurtle  (Talk) 09:25, June 19, 2010 (UTC)
