There are a few cards i don't find necessary in a good BW deck like: 2 Ghiblis - 1 is enough and that one works best too if you summon Mistral to thin your deck further, and on certain cases. Dark Armed Dragon - very good card and beatstick, and with BW you can manipulate your graveyard a little, but not such great a topdeck in the midgame or after using Backlash. Aurora - works only for a turn, removes your synchro which you could easily just summon if you already have a tuner and a non-tuner and only works well in specific cases..... and I just don't like it :) Shield Wing - I think any cards other than BWs slow down the deck a bit, I don't think you need it. De-Synchro - if no other monsters are around you just end up synchroing it again, or try something else out... maybe with Blackback, but I don't like this card either :) Delta Crow - 2 is enough because only destroys facedowns.

I'd reccomend a few also: 3 Blizzards maybe(not necessarily): great topdeck, easily brings out any lv 6 synchro or Silverwing (lv2 in grave + lv4 on field or Bora in hand). 2 Fanes: if comboed with other monsters, it can take down high ATK low DEF monsters easily and helps summoning Silverwind with Blizzard, easily searchable with Black Whirlwind Boreas the Sharp: Shura easily brings him out , his effect is in the grave, and discardable for cards like lightning vortex, karma cut, tribute to the doomed to get it in the grave (allure of darkness if you can't get rid of it in the hand). Vayu: can be sent easily to grave, best used with Boreas/Sirocco/Armed Wing, combos great with Escape from the Dark Dimension. Vortex the Whirlwind: great searcher, for Vayu(summoned with Shura) or Blizzard and lv 3 monster in grave. 3 Icarus Attack: to easily get rid of any disturbing continuos effect or monster(almost). 1-2 Dark Illusion: best negating card against targeting effects for a BW 1-3Mystical Spce Typhoon/ 1-3Dust Tornado: for faceup/down sp/tr destruction. Escape from the Dark Dimension: can bring back any banished BW, best used with Vayu, Cards for Black Feathers, Allure of darkness and Calima, not so helpful if you have nothing to bring back. 2 Dark Bribes: for any instances. Mirror Force: for any instances. Lightning Vortex: for any instances.

I mostly agree with the other cards you mentioned. I thought I'd help out a fellow BW user with a few ideas and combos. These are my own thoughts, maybe not the best ideas but they are worth a try.Tunyo93 (talk • contribs) 14:58, September 28, 2011 (UTC)
