1) Ask this in the rulings Questions section
2) Infernity Necromancer says "Once per turn, you can Special Summon 1 "Infernity" monster from your Graveyard, except "Infernity Necromancer"." so yes, you can summon Infernity Doom Dragon as it is not Infernity Necromancer.-Resk (talk • contribs) 22:56, October 3, 2010 (UTC)
But of course this only applies if Infernity Doom Dragon was synchro summoned before. If you sent him to the graveyard with Gale Dogra or if you special summoned Doom Dragon some other way and sent it to the graveyard somehow before then you can't use Necromancer's effect.
