ok, so in the new LGD2 Yugi deck, people are complaining you can't have all gods done, cause not enough lower level cards. Well here's some things

A. You can fusion summon. Just add polymerization and say dark paladin.

B. Place in exodious. He can shuffle all monsters back into deck. There's more cards like this too

And finally C. Trap monsters, stronghold moving fortress!
