I was wondering what would help my deck become more aggresive and what other cards i should add or take out.

Skill Drain

Yup, just Skill Drain

I use a Normal Deck too with the Blue-Eyes White Dragon.

However, I find that effect monsters stomp all over me without my 3x Skill Drain

There are a lot of options for this deck type... lots of different cards you could try.

I am still struggling with my own Normal Monster deck.
