When Normal Summoned, cards and effects cannot be activated. This ONLY applies to its normal summoned correct? To emphasize that you cannot negate its summon? However, it does not mean that its a continuous effect that interprets to mean for the rest of the time it is face-up on the field no cards/effects can be activated correct?

- That's correct. This is to prevent things like "Torrential Tribute" being activated in response to its Summon, since they don't negate its Summon. If it was meant to permanently prevent cards and effects from being activated while it was on the field, then it would say "While this Normal Summoned card is on the field, cards and effects cannot be activated. (somewhat similar to "Aria the Melodious Diva"). If it was meant to be permanent, it would say "After this card is Normal Summoned, cards and effects cannot be activated for the rest of this Duel.
