Will Supervise miss the timing if it is sent to the Graveyard by Release Restraint Wave?

- Base on the ruling, I am certain that it can be work this way. Heck, it can be activating even if it was sending to the Graveyard when the equipped monster is part of the Synchro Material for Synchro Summon. --iFredCat 20:57, May 18, 2013 (UTC)
Effects that miss the timing have "when... you can..." phrases. Supervise's revival effect has "when", but not "you can" (i.e. it's compulsory). Its revival effect will still activate proper. --Gadjiltron (talk • contribs) 02:20, May 19, 2013 (UTC)
