Not all effect, it can't negating the Continuous Effect, so the boost ATK of that field would not be negated. --iFredCat 20:55, January 31, 2013 (UTC)

Actually, it can't negate any of its effects. Shock Master only prevents (it doesn't negate) the activations of Spells/Traps, not the activation of their effects. MadRest 21:44, January 31, 2013 (UTC)
