So, if you haven't heard of this yet, this is what is called Skyblaster Synchro. It uses Phantom Skyblaster to summon 1-2 tokens along with Lv 1 tuners for quick, easy Lv 5 and 9 synchros, especially the latter. I use the plant variant of this with a few other tricks as well. Trishula at 1 has hurt this deck quite a bit. I use Mist Wurm and Marshal to make up for it though. Marshal is a personal choice because it may actually be needed! After Trish, I can summon another lv 9 easily, and sometimes Marshal is the next best choice if Wurm is really helpful at the moment. Marshal has great attack and provides good draw power when I'm trying to seal the duel. Anyways, I'd like to work in a Dandylion and possibly a Barrier Resonator or 2, for protection and a target for Stygian Security. If I add a Resonator, all I'd need is another light or 2 to run BLS. :P Just about any suggestions are welcome. Thanks! Synchro Maniac10 (talkcontribs) 23:39, September 15, 2011 (UTC)

You don't need Stygian Security. BF2 Talk Deck Guides 18:13, September 16, 2011 (UTC)

Alright, since it was kind of a filler. :3 What should I replace it with? I've already got dandy added. Synchro Maniac10 (talkcontribs) 22:01, September 16, 2011 (UTC)

Debris Dragon and Effect Veiler/two Effect Veiler? BF2 Talk Deck Guides 22:16, September 16, 2011 (UTC)

Sounds pretty good to me. I'm surprised I forgot about Veiler. :P Anything else you can think of? Synchro Maniac10 (talkcontribs) 22:19, September 16, 2011 (UTC)

Perhaps Deep Sea Diva. BF2 Talk Deck Guides 22:20, September 16, 2011 (UTC)

I don't think there's anything else really. BF2 Talk Deck Guides 22:22, September 16, 2011 (UTC)

Well, thank you! That has made the difference, but I don't know about Diva, but it could provide more levels. If so, what do you suggest I swap it out for? Synchro Maniac10 (talkcontribs) 01:22, September 17, 2011 (UTC)

I was just thinking it could work. I'm not sure if it's worthwhile. BF2 Talk Deck Guides 01:43, September 17, 2011 (UTC)

Yeah, alright. Thanks for the other suggestions! Just let me know if you think of something else. It runs pretty smoothly. But anyone else is free to help, too. Synchro Maniac10 (talkcontribs) 02:20, September 17, 2011 (UTC)

Consider adding Natural Tune to use with Phantom Skyblaster and its token for an instant level 8 synchro summon. This is especially useful when you don't have any monsters on the field and need a big monster asap. Richmyster84 (talkcontribs) 08:13, September 17, 2011 (UTC)

That's a neat thought; however, this deck almost always has a tuner on the field before I summon Skyblaster. I made it so it would work that way, hence all of the tuners that can be special summoned or keep field presence by summoning other tuners. Natural Tune is just too slow and not worth the space, on top of being a -1. I can always just stall if I only have Skyblaster. Synchro Maniac10 (talkcontribs) 11:40, September 17, 2011 (UTC)

Actually, I was thinking Call of the Haunted could work. I was also thinking, and still do think, that this is an awesome deck-I absolutely love it and would make it myself were it not for Glow-Up Bulb. BF2 Talk Deck Guides 12:16, September 17, 2011 (UTC)

Why thank you! :D It does have 41 cards now, but that's not a big issue. Call of the Haunted is a really good idea, but I use Dark Eruption instead because of Heavy Storm. I wanted to use both, but I just don't know how to incorporate it in there. :P Do you not have Glow-Up Bulb? Synchro Maniac10 (talkcontribs) 12:28, September 17, 2011 (UTC)

Well, if you use Sangan, Call of the Haunted is practically chainable search power. Also, Dark Eruption doesn't bring back Tuners to be Special Summoned, which is the main reason I suggested it. Yeah, the cards here I don't have that cost lots of money are Glow-Up Bulb, Orient Dragon, and Scrap Dragon (which I'll get really soon). BF2 Talk Deck Guides 12:30, September 17, 2011 (UTC)

Alright, I like Dark Eruption in the sense that it lets me recycle Skyblaster to use his effect again, even though birdman can do the same. It can bring back Unknown Synchron if I happen to need it. Are you saying I should replace it with Call? That would probably be OK. As for substitutes, you can try D.D. Sprite until you get Bulb; that's the best replacement I can think of. Try Splendid Rose in for Orient (since there is several plants) and anything you want for Scrap Dragon, since there is already 3 other lv 8's and you don't summon those that often. Synchro Maniac10 (talkcontribs) 12:43, September 17, 2011 (UTC)

I'm not sure. BF2 Talk Deck Guides 12:44, September 17, 2011 (UTC)

An idea might be to go the Bird of Roses -> Cherry Inmato -> Inmato route for tuners, (Though Bird can also search Bulb & Spore)
-Resk ()() 01:55, September 18, 2011 (UTC)

Yes, going even further with plants is another option. It wouldn't be as focused on Lv 9, but more 6-8's which is fine, but I like the Lv 9 way personally. :3 I would imagine you're talking about something like this, right?

I suppose Call of the Haunted could also work in place of Dark Eruption. Synchro Maniac10 (talkcontribs) 01:09, September 19, 2011 (UTC)

That seems about right, though Call of the Haunted isn't the same for you, as he only gets effect when normal or flipped .-.
-Resk ()() 11:26, September 19, 2011 (UTC)

I suggested it because he eats up your Normal Summon and you only get one Spore/Glow-Up. BF2 Talk Deck Guides 12:51, September 19, 2011 (UTC)

Yes, I'm kinda with Resk, I know he doesn't get his effect if he's specialed, and S/T removal is running rampant this format. Although he does take my Normal Summon, there's very few times that Normaling him isn't the best option, especially in the 2nd build, but really both of them. Both of them each has many other tuner options besides Bulb/Spore...So, I think I'll stick with Dark Eruption. Both decks are really good overall. ^_^Synchro Maniac10 (talkcontribs) 23:32, September 19, 2011 (UTC)
