#2 Dark Destruction
The cards for this strategy are: Caius the Shadow Monarch and Necroface, Cyber Ouroboros or D.D. Scout Plane
When you Tribute Summon Caius, his effect allows you to remove from play 1 card on the field, and if it is a DARK Attribute monster, 1000 points of damage are inflicted to the opponent. If you have Necroface, Cyber Ouroboros or D.D. Scout Plane on your side of the field, you can activate their effects and have your opponent be hit with a loss of 1000 Life Points since they are DARK Attribute monsters.
When removing Necroface, both you and your opponent remove the top 5 cards from the top of each other’s Deck from play. Doing this could go well with ‘Strategy of the Day #1’, giving you Life Points as well as inflicting 1000 damage to your opponent.
When removing Cyber Ouroboros, it is just a simple action and decision – discard a card to draw a card. So if you have a card in your hand you don’t need. You can just toss it away and get something you want. If it’s not – tough!
When removing D.D. Scout Plane, it is sure to return when at the End Phase of the turn it is removed from play. So when your opponent thinks he’s relieved from a shortage of monsters… he/she can think again.
