When you add the levels of the monsters together for a Synchro Summon, is it the current level or the level printed on the card.
For example, if someone used Cost Down, Star Blast, or A Legendary Ocean to lower a monster's level for that turn, when you do a Synchro Summon, do you count their current level or their original level?
