Forum:The White Stone of Legend (and others like it)

When The White Stone of Legend or Dandylion or other cards with mandatory effects are used for costs (i.e. Cards of Consonance with White Stone or something with Sangan) Do you finish resolving Cards of Consonance (or the other card) first or does the mandatory effect of a card like Sangan/White Stone/ Dandylion activate and resolve as a new chain link. Basically, for the Cards of Consonance scenario, do you Draw first, or search a Blue-Eyes White Dragon first?--Joejaboy (talk • contribs) 23:04, November 16, 2011 (UTC)

I know it's right, but for some reason I am having a hard time finding a solid reference. I've found like a Yahoo answers thing where a huge number of people are saying the same thing (That said, the asker picked someone who answered wrong because his reference was a bullcrap statistic.)
