Forum:Thoughts on The Blue-Eyed Dragon's Thundering Descent?

So now that we've seen pretty much all the cards in Structure Deck: The Blue-Eyed Dragon's Thundering Descent, what are your thoughts on the new cards for Blue-Eyes. (They are Bellow of the Silver Dragon, Blue-Eyed Maiden, Guard of the Storm Dragon, Dragon's Mausoleum, Dragon's Soul Castle, and Blue-Eyed Silver Dragon.) In all honesty, I think Blue-Eyed Silver Dragon, Blue-Eyed Maiden, and Bellow of the Silver Dragon are all really the best overall winners in this set, and they just made Thunder-End Dragon ridiculously easy to access, not the mention the normal stuff like Call of the Haunted and Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon. I could also see Dragon's Mausoleum and possibly Dragon's Soul Castle becoming major cards in Chaos Dragon.

I also think this common reprint of Maxx "C" is kinda nice too, wasn't really needed, but it's kinda nice. Also, anyone else kinda happy that Champion's Vigilance became much easier to use? Also, does anyone think that a Blue-Eyes deck or another Dragon deck could see some regional or even YCS-level success because of the new cards? (No, we aren't counting Dragon Rulers!)

I hope they do a Dark Magician Structure Deck next, it only makes sense to give Yugi's classic monster a boost when you give Kaiba's a boost.

Keep in mind the odd "Darkstorm Dragon" support. More stuff regarding it in the future? Also, "Maxx "C"" is not guaranteed a Common release, as Kevin Tewart may decide it may not be suitable for TCG and replace it with something else. That sort of thing has happened before in other Structure Deck releases from OCG to TCG. --UltimateKuriboh (talkcontribs) 03:59, May 27, 2013 (UTC)
Oh I noticed that as well. Honestly, the Gemini type needs some more solid support, Supervise is great, but we still need an added something. As for Maxx "C", we might not see it in the TCG, but we also might, so it's somewhat worth mentioning. --Dark Ace SP (Talk) 13:20, May 27, 2013 (UTC)

The additions are good, blue-eyed maiden makes it ridiculously easy to access blue-eyes from the deck now...also does anyone notice that all the iconic dragon monsters have a "Wyvern" counterpart except blue-eyes..."blue-eyes wyvern" anyone....overall the deck is kinda underwhelming..i still feel there should be one more new card that make blues-eyes ultimate dragon and blue-eyes shining dragon a bit more playable...hopefully a new set will add additions to the new structure deck.Obansari (talkcontribs) 05:38, May 27, 2013 (UTC)

You might get a little lucky in Shadow Specters, but there is still one unconfirmed card in the set. It probably won't be new support, but who knows? --Dark Ace SP (Talk) 13:17, May 27, 2013 (UTC)

There's finally a Structure Deck which contains Monster Reborn! Hooray! Battlemaniac (talkcontribs) 22:58, May 27, 2013 (UTC)

Is it coming to the US is my question. SwordoftheSpirit (talkcontribs) 03:11, June 22, 2013 (UTC)

Most likely. --Dark Ace SP (Talk) 14:47, June 22, 2013 (UTC)
Well, Structure Deck: Saga of Blue-Eyes White Dragon does come to the US and is likely to be very similar to its OCG counterpart. HPZ - O.N.E. ~Hanayo Asa~ 15:17, June 22, 2013 (UTC)
