1. For Mist Valley Falcon, do I have to use a card like Compulsory Evacuation Device so he can attack, or is it his own effect that I can return a card to my hand?
2. For Mist Valley Thunder Lord, when am I able to activate his effect? At any time that I would usually activate any other Spell Speed 2 card?--Yugioh DED (talk • contribs) 19:54, July 24, 2010 (UTC)

2. based upon the ruling "During the Damage Step, if before Damage Calculation you return your battling monster to your Hand by the effect of "Mist Valley Thunder Lord", then you do not perform Damage Calculation.[2]" then you can use it whenever-ish-82.11.158.0 (talk) 20:02, July 24, 2010 (UTC)
