So, this is for a poster on DFF. Now, I've played with this deck on DN, and its not bad, but not extremely good either. Any edits would be helpful. Sorry if my Japanese is wrong/bad, I used Google Translate.

Vylons are like Fortune Ladies. You wish they were simple, and good, but they're neither. It's a tricky archetype to get right, so I would just focus on the Vylons that generate Card Advantage: Vanguard, Ohm, Cube, Hapt, etc. And I'd also try to use the Tuners that have the Equip effect and also grant good effects from it, so you can use them to jumpstart your Synchro monsters. I think Trident Warrior is a great idea to get the deck started and should be at 3. If I have some free time, I'll experiment with the decktype a bit to try and help you out. So, after a few games to understand how Vylons flow and some trial and error, here's my first version.

Gorz is here because I found myself with an empty field quite a bit. Trident Warrior and Vylon Cube ended up being really good, so I maxed them out, and even ran 2 Stella to use with Trident Warrior. Hapt was less useful than I thought, but still good, so it's down to 1. Prism is currently there for level variety, but I'm liking his level so I might go to 2 of him and cut one fo the other Tuners. Ohm was decent, and will probably stay at 2. Tetrah and Sphere are there for level variety, and Honest is self-explanatory.

The Spell line-up consists of Staples, Pot of Consistency, and Equip Spells. Component ended up being surprisingly useful, and is good at 1. The thing that was weird about playing this deck is that your Floaters are the Equip Spells. Since that's the case, don't be afraid to put all your eggs in one basket, so to speak. The Trap lineup is again Staples, and the thing that will probably jump out at you is a full complement of 3 Dark Bribes. I decided that this was necessary because if the deck can't maintain a buffed-up monster, it can't play.

This current build runs decently, and while it certainly won't stand a chance against any meta deck, for Vylons I think it's pretty good. At the very least it should give you a few new things to try. Lappyzard (talkcontribs) 20:41, August 1, 2011 (UTC)

Thanks, Lappy your version should really help me out, and the 3 Dark Bribe are not odd, in the version I was testing I also ran 3. And yes, I see how the Various tuners could be good. I didn't use the Tetrah for whatever reason, but I'll test your version out. ---Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 22:15, August 1, 2011 (UTC)

OK, since we focused the deck more on Synchros, I added 1 more Prism. 41 cards isn't a problem, because we have so much search power. Anyway I'll test this out, and if you make a another version, then we can merge them together. ---Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 23:21, August 1, 2011 (UTC)

This list is at 40.. You didn't list the 1 Hapt, did you want it? Lappyzard (talkcontribs) 23:26, August 1, 2011 (UTC)

I'd like to try it. ---Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 23:27, August 1, 2011 (UTC)

Hey Lappy, the Tuners that equip themselves, miss the timing if used for a Synchro summon, they have the same text as Peten the Dark Clown. So, I'm gonna try something different. Me and Resk had a chat about the deck on DN, anyway what I'm thinking about in my head could do the exact same as the deck above, but uses Cyber Dragon/Eltanin, Eltanin is perfect all the Vylon tuners are Machines! The idea was courtesy of Resk. ---Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 00:35, August 2, 2011 (UTC)

Well, the Missing the Timing is disappointing, but only Cube, Tetrah and Sphere are Machines.. With the current build, that's a grand total of 5 monsters. Lappyzard (talkcontribs) 00:39, August 2, 2011 (UTC)

Also how about Battle Fader instead of Gorz? It stops the BP altogether. ---Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 00:43, August 2, 2011 (UTC)
Anyway what I'm talking about is Cyber Dragon, it gives the same situation as a Trident, but it can go into a Level 7 or Level 8, or even 9. ---Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 00:45, August 2, 2011 (UTC)

Third Time's a Charm, or is this 4th?

---Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 15:49, August 2, 2011 (UTC)

Maybe... -3 Battle Fader, +1 Gorz? That would put it at 40, and I really think Gorz is much better than Fader. Lappyzard (talkcontribs) 19:18, August 2, 2011 (UTC)

I could see that. Its just that, Battle Fader, completely stops any damage. So, any other edits to be made? I haven't had time to test this version out, but I will. ---Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 19:31, August 2, 2011 (UTC)

Yes, but Gorz wins games. Battle Fader... doesn't. Also, a quick look at the banlist should tell you which is better. Lappyzard (talkcontribs) 20:38, August 2, 2011 (UTC)

Point taken. ---Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 21:34, August 2, 2011 (UTC)
I think this is as good as its gonna get. I'm gonna post it up on Decks for Free, unless you see a problem Lappy. ---Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 00:02, August 3, 2011 (UTC)

Nope, I think we can't do much better than that. Go for it. Lappyzard (talkcontribs) 01:19, August 3, 2011 (UTC)
