What are 5D cards because when i go out i always see these type of booster packs.

Actually, 5D cards are no different to ordinary Yu-Gi-Oh! cards. The name 5Ds came from the new anime of Yu-Gi-Oh! (Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's)Dark Pride 12:22, 15 February 2009 (UTC)
