July 2020 Skill Rebalancing

The July 2020 Skill Rebalancing is the fifteenth Skill Rebalancing to go into effect in Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links. It was implemented with App Version 4.9.0 between July 17 and July 20, 2020. The Skill texts were updated on July 27, 2020. It was announced alongside the July 2020 Forbidden/Limited List.

• "Draw Sense: Spell/Trap"
  • Can be used each time your Life Points decrease by 1000.
    In the Draw Phase, instead of conducting your normal draw, draw a random Spell/Trap Card.
    This Skill will only activate if you begin the Duel with a Deck that has 3 or more Spell/Trap Cards with different names.
  • "This Skill is being given a harder activation condition, as having this Skill and only 1 Spell/Trap Card in a Deck enabled players to automatically draw that Spell/Trap."

• "Cyber Style"
  • Can be used if your Life Points are at 2000 or below.
    Play up to 2 "Proto-Cyber Dragon" in Attack Position from outside of your Deck.
    "Proto-Cyber Dragon" played with this Skill cannot be Tributed, and while they are face-up on the field, you cannot Special Summon except for Fusion Summoning, nor attack except with Fusion Monsters.
  • "We are giving this Skill a harder activation condition and restricting the user to Fusion Summoning."

• "Tuning"
  • Can be used each time your Life Points decrease by 1000. Instead of conducting your normal draw, draw 1 "Synchron" Tuner Monster of your choice from your Deck. Then, send the top card of your Deck to the Graveyard.
    If you began the Duel with 3 or more "Junk" Effect Monsters in your Deck, add "Speed Warrior" from outside of your Deck to your Graveyard.
    This Skill can only be used once per Duel.
  • "This Skill will be strengthened to let players wield the power of "Junk Synchron" Decks."

• "Ultimate Dragons"
  • At the beginning of the Duel, add "Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon," "Neo Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon," and "Blue-Eyes Twin Burst Dragon" to your Extra Deck. Can be used on turn 3 and onward by revealing 2 "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" in your hand to your opponent. Add "Polymerization" to your hand from outside of your Deck. This Skill can only be used once per Duel.
  • "Since "Neo Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon" has become available through Level-Up Rewards, we will strengthen this Skill to compensate."
