Madeleine Joan Blaustein (commonly credited as Maddie Blaustein, formerly credited as Addie Blaustein, born Adam Blaustein) was an American voice actress for the English dubbed version of the various Yu-Gi-Oh! series. She passed away on December 11, 2008, in her sleep from a short illness at the age of 48.[3]

Yu-Gi-Oh![edit]
In the second series anime, Blaustein's first and most notable role was the voice of Dr. Solomon Muto. She also voiced Shimon Muran and Zygor within the same series.
Yu-Gi-Oh! GX[edit]
In Yu-Gi-Oh! GX, Blaustein's most notable role was the voice of Sartorius during season 2. She also reprised her role of Solomon Muto during that same season. She also voiced Wheeler's doctor, Taiyou Torimaki, and Kozaky within the same series.
Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's[edit]
In Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's, Blaustein voiced Larry.
