Kaiba, Mokuba

Mokuba Kaiba is a playable Legendary Duelist in Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links who appears in Duel World (DM). This is a video game depiction of Mokuba Kaiba, a character from the Yu-Gi-Oh! anime and manga. His appearance from the movie Yu-Gi-Oh! The Dark Side of Dimensions is a separate Legendary Duelist, Mokuba Kaiba (DSOD).

He appears in-game after the player reaches Stage 13 of Duel World (DM) and can be unlocked as a playable character by clearing the second Mission Bingo card. Prior to February 14, 2018, Mokuba did not appear at the Gate, and could only be Dueled against in special events, including his own Roaming Duelist event. Prior to September 28, 2017, he had only appeared as a non-playable character.

Blue Gate Keys are required to Duel Mokuba at the Gate.

Description[edit]

Seto Kaiba's younger brother may only be in elementary school, but he's smart enough to be the Vice President of KaibaCorp. A skilled gamer in his own right, Mokuba is a Capsule Monsters champion. Whether those skills translate to being a Duelist is yet to be seen.

Trivia[edit]

  • Mokuba's quotes for "Tatsunootoshigo" are a reference to the fact that his surname (Kaiba) means "seahorse" in Japanese. Tatsunootoshigo means "seahorse" in Japanese (in Japanese, its name is simply a transliteration of the English word "seahorse").
