Mr. Armstrong, known as Takasu in the Japanese version, is a character in the Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship videogame series. This is a videogame depiction of Mr. Armstrong, a character from the Yu-Gi-Oh! 5Ds anime.

World Championship 2009[edit]
Armstrong is referred to exclusively as Chief.
The player is sent to the Facility after escaping from Tetsu Trudge a second time. Not too long after, the Chief challenges the player to defeat him in a Duel if they want to leave. Using cards belonging to the other inmates, the player is able to build a Deck and defeat him in a Duel, but Armstrong refuses to let the player go until Rex Goodwin intervenes.
The player can have rematches against the Chief at the Facility after finishing the game's storyline.
These cards can be randomly obtained after defeating the Chief.

World Championship 2010[edit]
For the rest of the series, he is now referred to as Facility Chief.
The Facility Chief appears outside of the Facility once the player reads a sign in the Daimon Area.
These cards can be randomly obtained after defeating the Facility Chief.
World Championship 2011[edit]
From Chapter 6 and onwards, the player can enter the Facility and duel the guards and the inmates after defeating Facility Chief and an out-of-control Guard Robot.
These cards can be obtained from the Memory Game after defeating the Facility Chief.
