Ryu Nito is a character in the Yu-Gi-Oh! SEVENS anime. He is a student at Goha #2 Elementary and the "fated rival" of Shinken Tsurugi.

Ryu has brown hair and green eyes. He is only seen wearing a kendo uniform.
Etymology[edit]
Nito-ryu, or Niten Ichi-ryū, is a Japanese fencing style based on dual swords; Ryu himself is from Goha #2 Elementary.

While Ryu was waiting for a kendo tournament to start, Yuran Goha and Mrs. Drone entered the hall and Yuran defeated everyone, including Ryu, in just one swing of his shinai. Ryu and his fellows were left outside and found by Swirls, who brought Ryu inside to help him. They found Yuran and Mrs. Drone Kendo Rush Dueling Gavin Sogetsu and Rino Nanahoshi, the sight of Yuran causing Ryu him to freak out after what they had done prior.[1]
