It is also more likely to be "Scare", since there are no scales being shedded in this artwork. If there were, they would be green, not pink (which is probably a pheremone).
Mad Rest, I know it doesn't match up phonetically. However, Kevin Tewart has said that they discuss with a card's designer what they intended the Japanese name to be, such as for Mazera DeVille. Plus, name matches up with card artwork and effect.

If you don't provide a valid reason for why it can be "scare," this is going to be treated as vandalism. Like I said, "sukeiru" is no ta valid phonetic name for "scare."

mImpossible, because of the 'ei'. Scare would be 'sukea'.
Can be either "Scale" or "Scare". Given the effect and the English name, the latter seems more likely.
