Scotch is a resident of Crash Town, and a member of the Radley Bunch. He appears in the anime as an unnamed character, but he is given a name in Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's World Championship 2011: Over the Nexus.

Scotch was originally a member of the Radley Bunch, who attended the duels against the Malcolm Crew. He along with Radley were very impressed with the dueling skills of Kalin Kessler and continuously boasted about his unbroken streak of victories.
Scotch grimaced when Lawton took the town over with Barbara, as they began to force everyone to duel for their own entertainment and sending the losers to the Dyne Mine in an attempt to increase its productivity. Barbara set Scotch and another member of his former gang to paint the town's sign to Lawton Town, but as they were doing it, they overheard Kalin Kessler's melody through his harmonica and Yusei Fudo's Duel Runners engine roaring. He cheered the two on when they were dueling Lawton for the town's freedom and helped re-build the town when Lawton set off the explosives he stored around.
World Championship 2011[edit]
Scotch appears as a mandatory opponent during Chapter 3. The player can challenge him to rematches from Chapter 6 onwards.
These cards can be obtained from the Memory Game after defeating Scotch.
