* This can single-handedly shut down a Ritual Summon-reliant Deck, such as "[[Gishki]]" and mainly "[[Nekroz]]".
* It can also shut-down any Zombie-based deck
* "[[King of the Swamp]]" can make a useful candidate for the [[WATER]] monster required for this monster's Fusion Summon. Not only is it a WATER monster by itself, it is also a [[Fusion Substitute Monster]] (which can be useful if running some non-"Shaddoll" Fusion Monsters).
