Syun |
Syun is a character appearing in the Tag Force series. Known as Shunsuke Yoshimitsu in the Japanese version of the first three games, he renames himself Seichiro Yoshimitsu from the fourth game onwards.

Appearances[edit]
In most of his appearances, Syun can be seen with Jaime.
Tag Force 1-3[edit]
Syun is an Obelisk Blue student at Duel Academy.
Tag Force 1[edit]
Upon acquiring Syun's Deck Recipe, he also gifts the player with a "Gogiga Gagagigo" card.
During Part 1, Syun can be found in Tag Duel Sundays teaming up with Woody. During the Tag Force Tournament, he partners with Jaime.
Tag Force 2-3[edit]
Syun takes part in the Obelisk Blue Tournament during Tag Duel Sundays as Bivin's partner.
Tag Force 2[edit]
During Syrus' third-to-last story event, Syun and Jaime Tag Duel against the player and Syrus.
Tag Force 4-6[edit]
Syun can be found in Satellite.
Tag Force 4[edit]
In Satellite Yusei Fudo's story, Syun and Jaime duel against the Player and Yusei.
In Rally Dawson's story, Jaime and Syun duel against the Player and Rally in the semi-finals of a local tag duel tournament.
Tag Force 5[edit]
As part of the game's adaptation of the anime's Crashtown arc in the stories of Poncho Yusei Fudo and Kalin Kessler, Jaime and Syun take on the roles of Malcolm and Radley, respectively.
In Kalin's last event, Syun and Jaime Tag Duel against the player and Kalin.
In Leo's first story event, Syun and Kalin Tag Duel against the player and Leo.

学生 時代 は優秀 なデュエリストで卒業後 は高橋 秀行 と共 にタッグでプロデュエリストとしてデビューした。
だが大 きな挫折 を経験 し、相棒 が若 くして引退 を決意 する。
シングルのデュエリストとしてプロに残 る道 もあったのだが、自分 にとっての相棒 はひとりだと思 う彼 は、一緒 に引退 する。相棒 について一緒 にサテライトに移住 し、そこでも行動 を共 にしている。自棄 気味 になっている相棒 が早 く立 ち直 って、また一緒 にプロデュエリストとして復活 を果 たすことを夢見 ている。
ちなみに、サテライトでは名前 を変 えて生活 している。
An excellent duelist during his student days, he became a professional Tag Duelist after graduating and debuted alongside Hideyuki Takahashi.
However, his partner decided to retire soon after they took off because of a major setback.
He had the option to go on as a professional Single Duelist, but he could not think of anything other than his partner, so he quickly retired as well.
He moved to Satellite with his partner, and is currently located there.
He wishes his partner can shake off his despair and get back on his feet soon so that they can revive their dream of being professional duelists together.
Upon moving to Satellite, he changed his name.

旧 サテライト地区 在住 の青年 。学生時代 は優秀 なデュエリストだった。卒業 後 は高橋 秀行 とのタッグでプロデュエリストとしてデビューした。順調 にキャリアを重 ねていたが、某 大物 が黒幕 と噂 される陰謀 により相棒 が引退 。
シングルや別 パートナーとのタッグを勧 める声 もあったが、別 の相棒 と組 むことなど考 えられない彼 も即座 に引退 し表舞台 から姿 を消 した。相棒 を立 ち直 らせるべく、後 を追 ってサテライトにたどり着 いたが現在 まで目的 は果 たせないでいる。
いつまでも目 を覚 まそうとしない相棒 に思 いが届 く日 は遠 い。

He was offered the chance to advance further as a Single duelist or with another Tag duelist, but he could never think of teaming up with anyone other than his partner, so he immediatly retired as well and completely disappeared from the public eye.
He moved to Satellite to try to help his partner recover, but he has been unsuccessful so far.
It will take a long time for him to finally bring his partner back to his senses.

そのデュエルの実力 は健在 で、会社 でも社長 に信頼 を寄 せられるほどであるとか。学生 時代 は、タッグデュエルでならした信頼 するパートナーがいたが、今 ではその友人 とは連絡 も取 れない状態 で、その行方 を探 しているが、仕事 が忙 しいため、それもなかなか進 まないようだ。
いつか、その友人 と再会 できる日 は来 るのだろうか。
その時 が来 たら、友人 と二人 、タッグを組 んでプロとしてデビューするのではないかと、期待 する者 もいるという。

An excellent duelist since his student days, it was rumored that he would become a professional duelist after he graduated, but he ended up working for the gaming company he is currently part of.
His dueling skills are still quite remarkable, and it is said that the company's president trusts him and holds him in high regard.
He had a trusted Tag Duel partner back when he was a student, but he cannot contact his friend at all nowadays, and while he does want to look for his current whereabouts, he seems to be so busy with work that he has not been able to make much progress.
Sometimes, he wonders if he will ever be able to meet his friend again someday.
Some people say that, if that time comes, they will make their professional debut together.

In the first three Tag Force games, Syun uses WIND Beatdown Decks. In Tag Force 2 and Tag Force 3, he uses a higher number of Winged Beast-Type monsters for the activation of "Icarus Attack".
In the Tag Force 5Ds games, Syun uses Decks that revolve around the "Armed Dragon" and "Ultimate Insect" "LV" series.
In Tag Force Special, Syun switches to Monster Mash Decks.
