The TV Tokyo Festival promotional card is a Common "Nanana" given out to people who played the "Pedal-And-Shoot" and "Speed Matching" games at the TV Tokyo Festival held between April 28th to May 5th, 2014 at the Yoyogi National Gymnasium in Yoyogi Park, Tokyo,[1] as well as 777 winners of a raffle later held with the August 2014 issue of V Jump.[2]
