Hey I have a problem, one of the people i know utilizes A Legendary Ocean Deck as the deck they usually use & I just can't beat it. I defeated his Exodia Deck, his Spellcaster Deck and his Elemental Hero Deck (the last one without trying, the other two I had trouble with but still beaten them once, with the Exodia Deck, Needle Worm and The Shallow Grave saved me). However, i can't beat the Legendary Ocean Deck, how do I beat it. MaroonKangaroo 07:39, 16 July 2008 (UTC)

Note, he uses the Daedalus method and the Decrease Monster Level Method 2. I sometimes use DMLM1 to summon Terrorking Salmon & The Legendary Fisherman. He also has 3 Hydrogeddons and Mother Grizzly & other cards. I don't think he uses Maiden of the Aqua because he already has strategies to get the card itself into his hand faster. • He seems to have a very unfocused deck. In A Legendary Ocean decks, there are many cards that you need, so it's always best to focus on one theme. I know from personal experience that Daedalus decks are the hardest Water deck to beat, as I use it myself, and I also revised this article heavily myself. For tips on how to beat him, it usually has to do with his field card, the Legendary Ocean. Negation is important when dealing with this deck, such as Solemn Judgment, arguable one of the best negating cards in the game, or Magic Jammer, a more common one. I hope this helps you. fury from the deep[edit]

I own a fury from the deep structure deck and the deck uses both the "Decrease Monster Level Method 2" and the "Daedalus Method." I usually use the decrease monster level method first and then the Daedalus Method as a finisher or back up plan. But after now having the deck for a month I want to now improve it. So I was wondering should I:

1.begin to focus on only one of the methods?

2. keep focusing on the methods I was all ready using?

or

3. incorporate all 3 methods?

I do not think this this page should be deleted because there are some people who uses this deck. Besides, this is a unique theme which focus on an attribute. There are cards in the newly released Ancient prophecy that features cards that support this theme. People might go to this page to find some advice on those cards.173.56.170.42 22:36, September 13, 2009 (UTC)Oooxp

Barrier Statue of the Torrent[edit]

wouldn't that be a good card for A Legendary Ocean Deck? I would add it in myself to the page but wasn't sure if I was allowed to or had enough experience with my water deck to know for sure.--Blueyeyesawesomedragon 02:16, 22 March 2009 (UTC)

put it in a side deck- not everyone speical summons a lot173.56.181.58 17:25, 14 July 2009 (UTC)Oooxp

you should incorporate all three methods at best as possible. That is what makes the deck versatile. If you need a strong monster, you could usually summon it without a sac. If you need to clear the field, Levia is your card. If you aim for a strategic lockdown, three stars would be great173.56.170.42 00:07, September 8, 2009 (UTC)Oooxp
