Just explaining the changes I made.

  • The opponent doesn't "select" which effect to use. The card starts to spin, and the opponent says when to stop, but doesn't actually chose what mode (since the card keeps spinning a little after saying stop). Like Joey's Roulette Spider.
  • The actual card says to flip a coin. The whole "spinning" thing is for flavour, like Time Wizard's spinning thing.
  • Hassleberry's Dyna Tank's effect is that when it is targetted by an effect, the effect switches to a different target of Hassleberry's choice. When it was targetted by The Strength, the effect switched back to The Strength.
  • You seem to have the two effects switched. "One monster changes control" is "Upright", and "All other monsters change control" is "Downward".
  • The Strength's "Upright" effect is to change control of one monster on the field. The change is permanent (like Creature Swap), and is no longer tied to The Strength. The Strength targetted Dyna Tank, but the target was switched back to The Strength. Therefore, The Strength changed control.
  • Reversal of Fate changed which effect was selected. The "Upright" effect ended, and the "Downward" effect began. The Strength had no active "Upright" effect (the card changed control, and the effect ended there) so nothing stopped. The "Downward" effect began, and changed control of all other monsters on Hassleberry's field.
