Try and translate, and u'll see that there is no kinetic soldier in the original JP text of Cipher WingRoman.grier.5 (talk • contribs) 13:12, April 18, 2016 (UTC)

The issue is not in the lore of "Cipher Wing". Simply, "Kinetic Soldier" is called "Cipher Scout" in JP. Go check that page. --XBrain130™「Ｘ（エックス）ブレーン１３０」 13:14, April 18, 2016 (UTC)
