No, it's an OCG world premiere. They've been doing them since Legacy of the Valiant. The TCG are getting the ones from LVAL to NECH in the worldsuperstars pack, so there's no word on when we'll get the next ones. Sanokal K-T (talk • contribs) 05:04, March 8, 2015 (UTC)
