how is the effect to this card work exactly? it seems like one that cheats

  • Not really, you still have to Tribute Summon it (unless you use something like Star Blast) and at the end of the turn it will leave the player who used it wide open for a direct attack. --Bluedog (Talk) 19:56, 14 July 2009 (UTC)
  • which is why most who do use this or the other higher level Spirit Monsters in Remove from Play decks by releasing [tribute] either D.D. Scout Planes or D.D. Survivors while Dimensional Fissure/Macro Cosmos is activate that way when they end their turn, they get back either D.D. that they used to summon this or the other Spirit Monsters back, so that they aren't open for a direct attack~MEOW~ Might of the BIRD Empire~~ 20:09, 14 July 2009 (UTC)

So after they tribute for the card, and use the effect, does the card return to there hand as well or can you attack with it directly?

  • Spirits stay on the field until the end phase, in which they return to the hand, so while they are on the field you can do what you want with them. However if Spiritual Energy Settle Machine is active on the field then the Spirit Monsters stay on they field.... If that doesn't help answer you question, phrase you question so that it can be better asked cause im not sure what you are specifically asking about~MEOW~ Might of the BIRD Empire~~ 19:21, 18 July 2009 (UTC)

One of the best monster cards out of Zombie Madness!![edit]

There are only two drawbacks to this card: 1) you cannot special summon it, & 2) it is a spirit card (Meaning it goes back to your hand during the end phase.

what you're getting essentially is a free lightning vortex and a possible chance to hit your opponent directly with Dark Dust Spirit's attack.

Best way to play this card that I've noticed, is to set it, and then wait for your opponent to attack it, but that does leave DDS a target for monsters like Caius the Dark Monarch or spell cards like Nobleman of Crossout.
