It's type is Fairy, not Spellcaster.
yeah.....Dark couterparts monsters have the SAME LEVEL,TYPE ATK and DEF of their couterpart...change the atribute to Dark and change the effect.

you can special summon him after counter trap is resolved. remove counter trap card to destroy a card on the field.

- I think it will be the exact same effect, except with the words Fairy-Type switched with Dark-Attribute. The words Counter Trap Cards may be replaced with having a certain # of Dark monsters in the grave. This is how, in my opinion, it will be:
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by having __ or more DARK-Attribute monsters in you Graveyard. When this card is Special Summoned, you can Tribute all monsters you control to Special Summon this card. If this card is Special Summoned in this way, you can destroy cards your opponent controls up to the number of DARK-Attribute monsters you Tributed.
