Tag Partner

I know that fighting a duelist 10 times makes them a partner, but are these tag duelists the exception? I want Satellite Cannon as my partner. Do I need to double the duels- duel them 20 times instead since its tag team or will they never be my partner? Pikazilla (talk • contribs) 02:08, January 12, 2014 (UTC)
