Probably because the OCG card says return 1 "GB Card", and this was mistranslated to the TCG as return 1 "GB Monster"; Then it never received an errata.

It's happened before with something like Morphtronic Accelerator, except it's the other way around, and that card actually received an errata. -Falzar FZ- (talk page|useful stuff) 08:05, July 21, 2010 (UTC)
