Let's say I have a Dark Crusader on the field and a Dragonic Knight in my hand. My opponent summons a D.D. Warrior onto the field and attacks my Defender. He loses 400 Life Points, but at the end of the Battle Phase, both my Crusader and his Warrior are Removed from Play.

So at this time, could I chain to the effect of Warrior with my Dragonic Knight? I would then send my Dark Crusader to the Graveyard, not the Removed from Play Zone, and then Special Summon my Dragonic Knight. Is this even allowed?

The text on Dragonic Knight reads: "...you can send the targeted card(s) to the Graveyard to Special Summon this card from your hand." So does this mean Crusader is redirected to the Graveyard and then Dragonic Knight is Special Summoned... or can I not even activate this effect since Dark Crusader is removed from play? Irou, Zanji,Sasuke Samurai...

Can you play Dragonic Knight from your hand when Irou, Zanji,Sasuke Samurai or monsters with a similiar effect activates? LeviLeviathan 15:00, 26 February 2009 (UTC)
