Does it work during each of the standby phases or just ONCE during A standby phase?

• It says on the card that the effect is activated during your standby phases. So that means every time your turn comes around, it activates. That would mean it activates during each of your standby phases. Swaggs 03:24, 15 July 2009 (UTC)
