Recipe screw up

Halldor's Tag Force 6 Deck needs to be fixed because I own the actual game and when I watched him duel Jack (free mode computer vs computer) he summoned Trishula, Dragon of the Ice Barrier and Brionic, Dragon of the Ice Barrier. Bifrost

Should "The Rainbow Bridge Bifrost" be considered as a card of Harald's? It's a Spell, and is owned by him. However, I'm not sure if it was shown in his Deck or hand.
