Hand destruction doesn't work with dark world monsters because discarding 2 cards is a cost to draw 2 cards. Also if you want to get technical you are not discarding 2 cards you are sending 2 from your hand to the graveyard. —This unsigned comment was made by 128.120.172.18 (talk • contribs)

Hand Destruction has no costs.

The only reason why it doesn't work is because Hand Destruction Sends cards to the graveyard, it does not Discard, thus Dark World monsters will not activate. Falzar FZ 10:33, May 14, 2010 (UTC)
