Ancient Jar

I believe "Ancient Jar" is not part of the "Jar" archetype because its name doesn't contain either ポッド nor ポット. Becasita ^Pendulum (talk • contribs) 23:41, August 14, 2016 (UTC)

This is a series though, not an archetype, Becasita. Thus, JP name doesn't necessarily guarantee membership (a strong correlation of characteristics does, however).

In this case, "Ancient Jar" is neither a Flip monster, nor is it a "Jar" monster in terms of JP name. However, because it's basically the counterpart of "Morphing Jar", it can be assigned a "related" status at best, imo. --UltimateKuriboh (talk • contribs) 23:49, August 14, 2016 (UTC)

I'd also agree with "related". Similar to "Wretched Ghost of the Attic" to "Kuriboh"; an early counterpart to another card, before an archseries was built around the other card. -- Deltaneos (talk) 23:53, August 14, 2016 (UTC)
